If you are a newer curler and would prefer to be on a team with friends you know rather than be placed on a team by our curling committee, or if you are not able to commit to a regular weekly schedule, we are offering a new Flex Team membership in our evening leagues. A Flex Team:
- Curls one evening per week for the full year. This may be Tuesday or Thursday evening when team entries are normally permitted or, at the discretion of the Curling Director, on Monday or Wednesday evening.
- Has up to 6 members, all of whom must be listed when the team is registered, including one person designated as team captain.
- Only 4 members may curl in any one game.
- Flex team members are essentially once-per-week club members and may spare on other evenings at a cost of $10 per game.
- The Flex Team Fee for the 2014-15 season is $1,000 (see fee schedule).
If this catches your interest, talk to friends who may also be interested and register a team. Flex Teams must be registered at the club during our Open House in October.
